I have been honored to be part of the Charlottesville and Central Virginia local food community since 1993, working as a chef, caterer, baker, barista, and farmer. Now I am using my experience and knowledge of our area, its venues, farms and resources to create one-of-a-kind, delicious wedding cakes.
One might even call it “Farm to Cake Table”
Each component is created from scratch using fresh natural ingredients in our kitchen for your cake. Our recipes start with fresh butter, flour, eggs, cream, and sugar. We use Callebaut and Valrhona chocolates, fine liqueurs, nuts and local fruit. All of our eggs come from local farms; most are from the flock of hens that are tended and cared for by Pat Harder of Kid Hollow Farm. She brings us all they lay each week.
We also offer many gluten free, vegan, and dairy free cake options.
